<p>Joe and Tracy have a great family with 4 kids ranging from 11 to 16 years old, and over the last few years have amassed a collection of various <a title="Nerf Guns Online" href="http://www.nerfgunstampede.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Nerf Guns</strong></a>.  Ok, so what? you may be thinking&#8230; Well, being in my fifties and not having my own kids, this wouldn&#8217;t be of any interest to me either&#8230; Until a few of us started playing around with these things for a while&#8230; WHAT A BLAST!</p>

<h2>Ready to crush some simple nutrition myths?</h2>
<p>I get extreme, simple nutrition questions all the time. In fact, just yesterday I was asked about whether it was bad to eat carbohydrates and protein at the same time. I can&#8217;t stand that type of obsessive-compulsive thinking. There&#8217;s no reason to be worried about that kind of tiny detail.</p>

<p>So here are two nutrition myths I crushed while down in California hanging out with friends and celebrating my buddy Bedros Keuilian&#8217;s birthday down over the weekend. (By the way, by ignoring these myths, I ate amazing meals and still didn&#8217;t gain any fat!)</p>
<p><strong><em>Simple Nutrition</em> Myth #1) You can&#8217;t eat late at night</strong></p>
<p>I blew that one out of the water on the first night I arrived. My flight from Toronto to Orange County was at 6pm Thursday. I ate before I went to the airport, and then aside from a few almonds on the plane, I didn&#8217;t eat until I arrived at 8pm California time.</p>
<p>So that&#8217;s 5 hours past my normal dinner time.</p>
<p>But &#8220;nutrition experts&#8221; are going to tell me I can&#8217;t eat now?</p>
<p>They are going to send me to bed without any supper?</p>
<p>Who do they think they are, some kind of evil villain from a Mother Goose nursery rhyme?</p>
<p>Some type of wicked step-mother nutrition witch, or something?</p>
<p>Well, I&#8217;ll have my dinner whenever I want, thank you very much. And if that means eating at 9pm, then that&#8217;s when I&#8217;ll eat.</p>
<p>The bottom line: It&#8217;s not WHEN you eat, it&#8217;s HOW MUCH you eat.</p>
<p>By the way, just to horrify these so-called nutrition experts even more, I even ordered a pizza when I ate at 9pm last Thursday. Then again, I ate dinner with Mr. Cheat Diet, Joel Marion&#8230;</p>
<p><strong><em>Simple Nutrition </em>Myth #2) You must use protein shakes if you want to lose fat/gain muscle</strong></p>
<p>Survey says, &#8220;Wrong!&#8221;</p>
<p>There has never been a scientific study showing that you&#8217;ll build muscle or burn fat better if you eat more than 1.8 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight.</p>
<p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://ntforg610.turbulence.hop.clickbank.net/?page=simple_nutrition"><img class="alignleft size-full wp-image-344" title="CB-SimpleNutrition" src="http://www.needtofind.org/get-fit-blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/CB-SimpleNutrition.jpg" alt="Simple Nutrition For Fat Loss" width="159" height="155" /></a></p>
<p>That translates to LESS than one gram of protein per pound of body weight.</p>
<p>So yes, it&#8217;s fine to round up to one gram per pound, BUT that ONLY works if you are relatively lean.</p>
<p>If you are more than 20% fat, you do NOT need anywhere near one gram of protein per pound of bodyweight.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s say you&#8217;re a 175 pound guy or a 145 pound woman with 20% fat.</p>
<p>At most, you&#8217;ll need one gram per pound of LEAN body mass (that&#8217;s your total weight minus your fat weight).</p>
<p>So our man would need 140 grams of protein and our female would need 115 grams of protein per day.</p>
<p>That is SO EASY to get through REAL FOOD that you don&#8217;t need to suck down the &#8220;swill&#8221; that nutrition stores sell you (aka &#8211; protein powder).</p>
<p><strong>Just check out how much protein you get from REAL food:</strong></p>
<p>* One cup of any dairy product = 8-10 grams of protein<br />
* One ounce of meat = 7-10 grams of protein<br />
* One ounce of fish = 6 grams of protein<br />
* One egg = 7 grams of protein<br />
* One cup of kidney beans or black beans = 15 grams of protein<br />
* One tbs peanut butter = 4 grams of protein<br />
* One slice of bread = 5 grams of protein (!)</p>
<p>So you see, you don&#8217;t need bad-tasting powders when you can eat real, delicious foods for all your protein needs.</p>
<p>Instead, <em><strong>keep your <a title="Simple nutrition advice..." href="http://www.needtofind.org/get-fit-blog/tag/nutrition/" target="_blank">nutrition</a> SIMPLE</strong></em>. Focus on whole, natural foods and limit high-calorie, high-sugar foods to just a couple of treats per week. <p>Yes, healthy diets are good&#8230; but not on their own,  and yes, the fitness workouts are good&#8230; But how many of you keep to these regimes for long? How many exercise programs have you started, then given up on?</p>
<p>So many of us are <strong>struggling with weight issues or health conditions</strong> in some capacity, and something really needs to be done. So when it comes down to getting in shape and feeling better people turn to sports and exercises that they feel comfortable with.</p>
<p>This is where cycling comes in as people look to this familiar sport as an <strong>easy form of exercise</strong>. Most people can benefit from getting healthier and this can contribute to <strong>living a longer life</strong> that is much more enjoyable. As people start to realize that, they want to find something that will help them to quickly get in shape and still <strong>enjoy the activity</strong> while they are doing it.</p>

<p>Cycling for better health and fitness is a very familiar concept. If you think about it, many of us spent a good many years of our childhood on bikes so the concept is rather familiar and comfortable. This is one of those exercises that doesn’t always feel like exercise, though you do need to make a commitment to see the effects.</p>
<p>They say that the two best ways to get yourself in better shape and looking the better picture of health is with proper diet and regular exercise. One without the other doesn’t work and so along with the healthy eating comes the need to exercise. This is the point at which many people turn to cycling as their chosen form of getting fit and feeling better overall.</p>
<p><strong>Cycling can help you to burn major calories</strong>, but in a gentle way that doesn’t wreak havoc on your body. People of all ages and walks of life can enjoy cycling and that’s what makes it so very appealing. You can find some excellent trails outdoors to practice your cycling skills and if the weather turns bad, you can find some excellent options indoors as well. Cycling is very approachable and so for those that wish to gain better health, they turn to this as a starting point.</p>
<p>You can go cycling on your own or with others so it makes it one of those activities that works for just about any situation. If you’re looking for an exciting form of exercise or have a vested interest in getting healthier for any number of reasons, then cycling may be just the activity that you have been looking for. Even if you haven’t been on a bike for year, cycling can offer a gentle way into the world of exercise and <strong>get you feeling better almost immediately</strong>.</p>

<p>Health experts say that most people who are into losing weight usually stray. They tend to go back to their old eating habits even after they learn to enjoy low-fat eating. They tend to return to sedentary ways even though they enjoy exercising.</p>
<p>But despite the momentum toward weight gain, you can stop it from happening, experts say. And there are plenty of good reasons to avoid excess pounds, reasons that go beyond vanity or social acceptance. In fact, most health experts contend that the significance of excess weight is more than cosmetic. It&#8217;s common knowledge that it takes a huge toll on people’s physical health.</p>
<p><strong>The Way to Losing Weight…Naturally</strong></p>
<p>The nuts and bolts of eating right and maintaining a healthy weight is not all that complicated. In fact, it is a good bet that most people know pretty well what is best. Hence, losing weight the natural way should not be a problem at all.</p>
<p>Consequently, a reasonable approach for losing weight naturally is to stick to a diet that is high in complex carbohydrates, high in fiber, moderate in protein, and low in fat.</p>
<p>A complex carbohydrate is a baked potato. Fat is the sour cream and butter you should not put on it. Fiber is vegetables. Fat is the oil you should not fry them in. Protein is a lean cut of meat. Fat is the gravy you should not pour<br />

The term fat-free can be a trap if you start to believe that you can eat any amount of the foods that are advertised that way.</p>
<p>What’s more, it is best to respond to hunger with healthful snacks. Health experts say it would be better to try eating every three to four hours, which may mean a nutritious low-fat snack between lunch and dinner. When you feel the urge for food coming on, snacking on something healthy such as a slice of whole-grain toasted bread is a better alternative. <p>In most of my Lean-Body Secrets Newsletters, I like to provide a healthy snack or meal recipe that not only is delicious and healthy, but also helps to get you closer to that hard-body appearance that everyone is looking for,<br />
while also more importantly, improving your health for life. In this article, I&#8217;d like to give you healthy food ideas in a different way. This time, I figured I&#8217;d just give you some ideas of what I stock my fridge and cabinets with.</p>
<p>Remember, if you don&#8217;t have junk around the house, you&#8217;re less likely to eat junk. If all you have is healthy food around the house, you&#8217;re forced to make smart choices. Basically, it all starts with making smart choices and avoiding<br />
temptations when you make your grocery store trip. Now these are just some of my personal preferences, but perhaps they will give you some good ideas that you&#8217;ll enjoy.</p>

<p>Alright, so let&#8217;s start with the fridge. Each week, I try to make sure I&#8217;m loaded up with lots of varieties of fresh vegetables. During the growing season, I only get local produce, but obviously in winter, I have to resort to the produce at the grocery store. Most of the time, I make sure I have plenty of vegetables like onions, zucchini,  spinach, fresh mushrooms, red peppers, broccoli, etc. to use in my morning eggs.  I also like to dice up some lean chicken or turkey sausage into the eggs, along with some swiss, jack, or goat cheeses (preferably raw grass-fed cheeses when I can find them).</p>
<p>By the way I&#8217;m talking about whole eggs, NOT egg whites.  Always remember that the yolk is the most nutritious and nutrient dense part of the egg, so only eating egg whites is like throwing away the best part&#8230; and no, it&#8217;s NOT bad for you because of the cholesterol&#8230; eggs actually raise your GOOD cholesterol.  Try to get free range organic eggs for the best quality.</p>
<p>Coconut milk is another staple in my fridge. I like to use it to mix in with smoothies, oatmeal, or yogurt for a rich, creamy taste. Not only does coconut milk add a rich, creamy taste to lots of dishes, but it&#8217;s also full of healthy saturated fats. Yeah, you heard me&#8230;I said healthy saturated fats!</p>
<p>Healthy saturated fats like medium chain triglycerides, specifically an MCT called lauric acid. If the idea of healthy saturated fats is foreign to you, check out my healthy fats article</p>
<p>Back to the fridge, some other staples:</p>
<p>* Chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds &#8211; delicious and great sources of healthy fats.</p>
<p>* Cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and yogurt &#8211; I like to mix cottage or ricotta cheese and yogurt together with chopped nuts and berries for a great mid-morning or mid-afternoon meal.</p>
<p>* Whole flax seeds or chia seeds &#8211; I grind these in a mini coffee grinder and add to yogurt or salads. Always grind them fresh because the omega-3 polyunsaturated fats are highly unstable and prone to oxidation, creating high levels of free radicals in pre-ground flax.</p>
<p>* Whole eggs &#8211; one of natures richest sources of nutrients (and remember, they increase your GOOD cholesterol so stop fearing them).</p>
<p>* Salsa &#8211; I try to get creative and try some of the exotic varieties of salsas.</p>
<p>* Avocados &#8211; love them&#8230;plus a great source of healthy fats, fiber, and other nutrients. Try adding them to wraps, salads, or sandwiches.</p>
<p>* Butter &#8211; don&#8217;t believe the naysayers; butter adds great flavor to anything and can be part of a healthy diet (just keep the quantity small because it is calorie dense&#8230;and NEVER use margarine, unless you want to assure yourself a heart attack).</p>
<p>* Nut butters &#8211; Plain old peanut butter has gotten a little old for me, so I get creative and mix together almond butter with sesame seed butter, or even cashew butter with macadamia butter&#8230;delicious and unbeatable nutrition!</p>
<p>* Leaf lettuce and spinach along with shredded carrots &#8211; for salads with dinner.</p>
<p>* Home-made salad dressing &#8211; using balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and Udo&#8217;s Choice oil blend. This is much better than store bought salad dressing which mostly use highly refined soybean oil (full of inflammation-causing free radicals).</p>
<p>* Whole grain wraps and whole grain bread (look for wraps and bread with at least 3-4 grams of fiber per 20 grams of total carbs).</p>
<p>* Rice bran and wheat germ &#8211; these may sound way too healthy for some, but they actually add a nice little nutty, crunchy taste to yogurt or smoothies, or can be added when baking muffins or breads to add nutrients and fiber.</p>
<p>Some of the staples in the freezer:</p>
<p>* Frozen berries &#8211; during the local growing season, I only get fresh berries, but during the other 10 months of the year, I always keep a supply of frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cherries, etc. to add to high fiber cereal, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt, or smoothies</p>
<p>* Frozen fish &#8211; I like to try a couple different kinds of fish each week. There are so many varieties out there, you never have to get bored.</p>
<p>* Frozen chicken breasts &#8211; very convenient for a quick addition to wraps or chicken sandwiches for quick meals.</p>
<p>* Grass-fed steaks, burgers, and ground beef &#8211; Grassfed meats have been shown to have as high as, or even higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids than salmon (without the mercury). Also, grass-fed meats have much higher levels of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) compared to typical grain-fed beef.</p>
<p>* Frozen buffalo, ostrich, venison, and other &#8220;exotic&#8221; lean meats &#8211; Yeah, I know&#8230;I&#8217;m weird, but I can tell you that these are some of the healthiest meats around, and if you&#8217;re serious about a lean healthy body, these types of meats are much better for you than the mass produced, hormone-pumped beef and pork that&#8217;s sold at most grocery stores.</p>
<p>* Frozen veggies &#8211; again, when the growing season is over and I can no longer get local fresh produce, frozen veggies are the best option, since they often have higher nutrient contents compared to the fresh produce that has been shipped thousands of miles, sitting around for weeks before making it to your dinner table.</p>
<p>Alright, now the staples in my cabinets:</p>
<p>* Various antioxidant rich teas &#8211; green, oolong, white, rooibos are some of the best.</p>
<p>* Whole wheat or whole grain spelt pasta &#8211; much higher fiber than normal pastas</p>
<p>* Oat bran and steel cut oats &#8211; higher fiber than those little packs of instant oats.</p>
<p>* Cans of coconut milk &#8211; to be transferred to a container in the fridge after opening.</p>
<p>* Brown rice and other higher fiber rice &#8211; NEVER white rice</p>
<p>* Tomato sauces &#8211; delicious, and as I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve heard a million times, they are a great source of lycopene. Just watch out for the brands that are loaded with nasty high fructose corn syrup.</p>
<p>* Stevia &#8211; a natural non-caloric sweetener, which is an excellent alternative to the nasty chemical-laden artificial sweeteners like aspartame, saccharine, and sucralose.</p>
<p>* Raw honey &#8211; better than processed honey&#8230; higher quantities of beneficial nutrients and enzymes. Honey has even been proven in studies to improve glucose metabolism (how you process carbs). I use a teaspoon or so every morning in my teas. Yes, it is pure sugar, but at least it has some nutritional benefits&#8230; and let&#8217;s be real, a teaspoon of healthier raw honey is only 5 grams of carbs&#8230; certainly nothing to worry about.</p>
<p>* Organic maple syrup &#8211; none of that high fructose corn syrup Aunt Jemima crap&#8230;only real maple syrup can be considered real food. The only time I really use this (because of the high sugar load) is added to my post-workout smoothies to sweeten things up and also elicit an insulin surge to push nutrients into your muscles.</p>
<p>* Organic unsweetened cocoa powder &#8211; I like to mix this into my smoothies for an extra jolt of antioxidants or make my own low-sugar hot cocoa by mixing cocoa powder into hot milk with stevia and a couple melted dark chocolate chunks.</p>
<p>* Cans of black or kidney beans &#8211; I like to add a couple scoops to my Mexican wraps for the fiber and high nutrition content. Also, beans are surprisingly one of the best sources of youth promoting antioxidants!</p>
<p>* Dark chocolate (as dark as possible) &#8211; This is one of my treats that satisfies my sweet tooth, plus provides loads of antioxidants at the same time. It&#8217;s still calorie dense, so I keep it to just a couple squares; but that is enough to do the trick, so I don&#8217;t feel like I need to go out and get cake and ice cream to satisfy my dessert urges.</p>
<p>Lastly, another thing that&#8217;s hard to go wrong with is a good variety of fresh fruits and berries. The staples such as bananas, apples, oranges, pears, peaches are good, but I like to also be a little more adventurous and include things like yellow (aka &#8211; mexican or champagne) mangoes, pomegranates, kumquats, papaya, star fruit, pineapples, and others. Also, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and cherries are some of the most nutrient and antioxidant-dense fruits you can eat.</p>

<p>Eating after you exercise is just as important as your pre workout meal.  Anytime you exercise, whether its cardio or resistance, you deplete energy in the form of glycogen.  The brain and central nervous system rely on glycogen as their main source of fuel, so if you don&#8217;t replace it after you exercise, your body will begin to break down muscle tissue into amino acids, and then convert them into usable fuel for the brain and the central nervous system.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that mostly during resistance exercise, you&#8217;ll break down muscle tissue by creating micro tears.  What this means, is that after a workout, your muscles will instantly go into repair mode.  Protein is the key here for muscle repair, as you don&#8217;t want muscle breaking down even further to create fuel instead of lost glycogen.</p>
<p>Once you have finished a cardio session, you&#8217;ll need to consume mainly carbohydrates, preferably those with high fiber.  Rice, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, and northern fruits are excellent sources. Also, try to consume 30 &#8211; 50 grams of three types of carbs after you exercise.  After your cardio workout, it is fine to eat within 5 &#8211; 10 minutes.</p>
<p>Once you&#8217;ve finished a resistance workout, you will need to consume a combination of carbs and protein.  Unlike cardio workouts, resistance workouts will break down muscle tissue by creating micro tears.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll need protein as this happens to build up and repair these tears so that the muscle can increase in size and strength.  The carbs will not only replace the lost muscle glycogen, but will also help the protein get into muscle cells<br />
so it can synthesize into structural protein, or the muscle itself.</p>
<p>After your resistance exercise, you should wait up to 30 minutes before you eat, so that you won&#8217;t take blood away from your muscles too fast.  The blood in your muscles will help the repair process by removing the metabolic waste products.</p>
<p>It may seem obvious, but another way to stay healthy is to give up some vices. Many people smoke and drink. Smoking has been proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well complications for women giving birth. Excessive drinking has also shown to do the same.</p>
<p>For people who don’t smoke, it is best to stay away from people who do since studies have shown that non-smokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve just spent another weekend explaining what Turbulence Training is to new potential clients. By the end of the day I had my speech memorized, and decided to turn it into a new article for you called, &#8220;The 5 Laws of New School Fat Loss&#8221;.</p>
<p>Here goes&#8230;</p>
<p>Turbulence Training is a structured routine that I came up with that allows you to get the most results in the least amount of time, no matter what your goals.</p>
<p>This revolutionary new workout system evolved from both scientific principles as well as personal experience.</p>
<p>And it originally came to me in a dream in University. (Just kidding.)</p>
<p>The truth is that during my graduate years at University, I was searching for an efficient and effective way to stay lean while I was stuck in the lab for up to 16 hours a day doing my thesis.</p>
<p>Obviously, I didn&#8217;t have a lot of time to exercise&#8230;</p>
<p>So I based a new program on what I had read in hundreds of fat loss research studies, as well as my countless past workouts that I had recorded faithfully over the years.</p>
<p>And from that research and from my own personal workouts and results, Turbulence Training was invented and have given rise to the 5 Laws of New School Fat Loss.</p>
<p>Law #1) Use intense resistance training</p>
<p>NOTE: This doesn&#8217;t just mean lifting heavy weights&#8230;it could also mean doing difficult bodyweight exercises or even explosive exercises (like I use in the TT circuits).</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s why&#8230;</p>
<p>Intense resistance training stimulates what is called muscle protein turnover. This is important for two reasons:</p>
<p>a) It causes your body to burn extra calories and belly fat when you are not training (so while you recover, etc.).</p>
<p>b) It stimulates muscle re-modeling.</p>
<p>That means it will help you maintain your muscle (and sculpt your body) even while you are eating fewer calories and burning fat.</p>
<p>However, if you rely only on light weight &amp; high reps, you won&#8217;t keep that muscle and your metabolism will decrease.</p>
<p>Law #2) Switch from slow cardio to interval training.</p>
<p>Research shows that interval training is more effective for burning belly fat than regular cardio &#8211; even when you don&#8217;t change your diet!</p>
<p>Interval training is what separates people with 20% fat from those men and women with the lean, athletic, sexy abs body type.</p>
<p>Interval training also builds better sport conditioning and &#8220;everyday fitness&#8221; that is more practical in life.</p>
<p>For example, how often do you ever need to run 5 miles? Pretty much never, right?</p>
<p>But how often do you need to climb a few flights of stairs or chase one of your kids? Those are every day demands&#8230; and will be best improved by interval training, not 30 minutes on the elliptical machine.</p>
<p>Law #3) Use non-competing supersets to do more work in less time.</p>
<p>By using the Turbulence Training system of non-competing supersets, where you do 2 unrelated exercises back to back, you&#8217;ll avoid muscle fatigue and get more work done in less time.</p>
<p>Therefore, you&#8217;ll burn more calories compared to traditional workouts.</p>
<p>This is one of the major reasons Turbulence Training is so efficient and effective.</p>
<p>Law #4) Use Total Body Workouts</p>
<p>Skip the classic steroid-bodybuilder method of doing one body part per day. That will only give you overuse injuries and a big body set up for more injuries &amp; chronic pain in the future.</p>
<p>Not what you want, right?</p>
<p>Of course not. So switch to three total-body workouts per week, using a variety of exercises, and when possible, using a variety of training methods &#8211; from dumbbells to kettlebells to bodyweight exercises. That&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll get in the latest TT workouts here:</p>

<p>Rule #5) Change Your Workout Every 4 Weeks</p>
<p>The Turbulence Training workouts are changed every 4 weeks, and sometimes every 3 weeks for advanced results.</p>

<p>What you need is exercise! Any type of exercise is fantastic for weight loss but there are certain exercises that will really accelerate the dropping of those extra pounds. Fitting exercise into a busy life schedule can be challenging but don&#8217;t let that stop you. The exercises listed below only take a few short minutes out of your day but your results can be dramatic.</p>
<p>However, before starting any new exercise program, it is important to check with your personal Doctor to make sure you are healthy enough; to tackle a strenuous exercise program. Once that determination is made you are ready to go. Don’t wait! Get started now.</p>
<p>There are two types of exercise that should form part of your exercise routine. The first is aerobic and the second is resistance training (weights). Both of these exercise types are vital as they work very differently.</p>
<p>Aerobic exercise aims to increase your heart rate and improve stamina. Four very common forms of aerobic exercise are:</p>
<p>•    Running<br />
•    Fast walking<br />
•    Cycling<br />
•    Skipping</p>
<p>These can be undertaken either outside or on gym equipment like treadmills and exercise bikes.</p>
<p>Weight training on the other hand aims to build lean muscle which has a result of burning fat much faster. The more lean muscle you have on your body, the faster you will burn fat and the more calories you&#8217;ll burn!</p>
<p>There are some quick exercises at home you can do for quick weight loss. Let&#8217;s take a look at these now:</p>
<p><strong>1.    Walking</strong><br />
It goes without saying that walking is a key to losing weight. The more walking you can do the better, but aim for at least 30 minutes of dedicated walking per day. However, faster weight loss will be accomplished if you walk twice a day for 30 minutes. The faster you walk the better as your heart will pump faster.</p>
<p><strong>2.    Skipping</strong><br />
Skipping is an excellent aerobic exercise. Just 50 skips per day will have you burning calories but for best results try to add an extra 10 skips to your routine everyday.</p>
<p><strong>3.    Step-ups</strong><br />
You can simply use your backyard steps for this one. Stepping up and down will have your heart rate elevated and the calories will be burning. Try to complete 3 sets of 20 steps every day, but increase the number of steps every few days as your body adjusts as your fitness levels rise. You can also buy special step up mats which are designed with safety in mind.</p>
<p><strong>4.    Squats</strong><br />
These won&#8217;t make your hate race but they will assist in building leg muscles. Squats are considered one of the toughest exercises to perform so don&#8217;t be embarrassed if you can only do one or two. Remember, building and strengthening muscles equals faster fat burning and that is the aim of squats.</p>
<p>The above exercises all have one thing in common: they are exercises to lose weight quickly. If you undertake the above four exercises on a daily basis then you are heading in the right direction for weight loss.</p>
