Welcome to our Self-Improvement And Self-Development Site... We believe that most people still have volumes of untapped potential hidden inside them, just waiting for someone to show them how to unlock it!
We are Dan and Kay Patterson, and have spent most of our working lives within the "Personal Development" arena, mainly in the commercial business sector (US Corporates in the UK and Europe). We are both "semi-retired" and live in Spain now, but still passionately believe in personal growth and self improvement, as there is so much you can achieve when you put your mind to it, and you are shown how.
We will be constantly adding more self-help guides, categories and content to uncover more solutions to everyday problems, including money, finance, health, interests & hobbies, and general "well-being" issues.
